Ebb is a personal symptom-tracking and HRT-logging tool for the perimenopause/menopause transition. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance over anything in this app, especially regarding HRT dosing and treatment decisions.
Ebb offers auto-renewable weekly and yearly subscriptions ("Ebb Pro"), billed by Apple through your App Store account and subject to Apple's standard subscription, trial, and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy — we can neither grant nor deny one ourselves. When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may request information from us in order to review it. If it does, we send a limited set of purchase data through Apple's own system: how long the account has existed, how much of the paid period has elapsed, and the purchase and refund history for this app. We never see or send your payment details. By using the App you consent to this sharing.
Your logs and HRT history are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up or exporting anything you don't want to lose if you delete the app or lose your device.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App in ways that violate applicable law or the App Store's terms.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Reminders and reports are aids, not medical guidance — we're not liable for missed reminders, health outcomes, or decisions made based on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
