LensLoop is built to work almost entirely on your device. This policy explains exactly what data exists, where it lives, and who sees it.
Lens, accessory, comfort-log, and prescription data you enter is stored locally on your device (and shared between the LensLoop app and its widgets via an iOS App Group container). This data is not uploaded to any server we operate. We do not have a backend, and we cannot see your lens data.
Prescription photos, if you add one, are stored the same way — locally on your device only.
Notifications are scheduled locally on your device to remind you about lens and accessory replacement. No push notification server is involved and no reminder content is transmitted anywhere.
LensLoop offers a yearly auto-renewing subscription and a one-time "lifetime unlock" purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and by our payment infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives a device/app-scoped identifier and purchase/transaction data necessary to validate your purchase and keep it unlocked across devices. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details. We do not receive or store your payment details — Apple handles all billing.
Because your lens, accessory, and comfort data lives on your device, deleting the app deletes that data. You can remove specific entries directly in the app at any time.
