Manifesta is published by Necati Doğrul, an independent iOS developer. He is the data controller under the GDPR and the "veri sorumlusu" under Turkey's KVKK. Contact: necatidogrul7@gmail.com.
The following never leaves your phone. It is stored in a local database inside the app's own App Group container, and it is not mirrored to iCloud or to any server:
There is no account and no profile on any server. If someone else has your unlocked phone, they can read your wishes; that is the trade-off of keeping everything local.
Manifesta uses RevenueCat to manage the Premium subscription and to know whether your Premium is active. When the app starts and when you buy, restore or renew, the following is sent to RevenueCat's servers (api.revenuecat.com):
Manifesta asks Apple's AdServices framework for an attribution token and passes it to RevenueCat. This is how we learn whether an Apple Search Ads campaign led to an install and to a subscription. It is aggregated campaign measurement provided by Apple; it does not identify you, it is not the IDFA, and it is not used to build a profile or to target ads.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Card details never reach Manifesta; we never see them. Apple's own privacy policy applies to that part.
Your wish texts, WOOP fields, check-in notes, gratitude notes, 369 sessions and voice recordings are not sent anywhere. The app contains no network code of its own: apart from the RevenueCat calls described above, the only outbound links are the ones you tap — the App Store page, this policy, the support page and Apple's standard licence terms, all of which open in your browser.

That is the complete list. There is no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Meta SDK, no Amplitude or Mixpanel, no Sentry or Crashlytics, and no advertising network in the app.
Apple defines tracking as linking your data with third-party data for advertising or measurement, or sharing it with a data broker. Manifesta does neither. That is why the app never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt: there is no tracking to ask you about.
If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS at the time you choose. There is no push server, no device token is registered, and no reminder content is sent anywhere. The Lock Screen candle (a Live Activity) and the home-screen widgets read the same local database and are equally offline.
Manifesta asks for microphone access only when you record a voice affirmation. The recording is saved as an audio file in the app's own container on your device and is played back from there. It is never uploaded and never transcribed by a server. If you deny microphone access, every other part of the app keeps working.
You can delete an individual wish, voice note or check-in inside the app. To remove everything at once, delete the app — that removes the local database, the audio files and the stored settings from your phone.
Manifesta does not yet have a one-tap "delete everything" button or a data export inside the app. If you want a copy of what you have written before deleting, write it down or take screenshots first. We would rather say this plainly than imply a feature that is not there.
To exercise a right over the anonymous record held by RevenueCat, email us and we will act on it.
Manifesta is rated 4+ on the App Store, is not directed at children and is not part of Apple's Kids category. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the app asks for no personal detail from anybody.
You have the right to know what data is held about you, to ask for a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — your national data protection authority in the EU/EEA and the UK, or the KVKK Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) in Turkey.
In practice most of this is in your hands already, because the data lives on your phone and we hold no account for you. For anything held by RevenueCat, email necatidogrul7@gmail.com and we will handle the request. We normally reply within 48 hours.
RevenueCat, Inc. is based in the United States and operates its infrastructure there. The subscription data described in section 3.1 is therefore transferred outside the EEA, the UK and Turkey. The transfer takes place under RevenueCat's data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the kinds of data the app collects ever expand, we will say so here and in the app.

Bildirimlere izin verirsen hatırlatmalar, seçtiğin saatte iOS tarafından cihazında yerel olarak planlanır. Push sunucusu yoktur, cihaz token'ı kaydedilmez ve hatırlatma içeriği hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Kilit ekranındaki mum (Live Activity) ve ana ekran widget'ları aynı yerel veritabanını okur; onlar da tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır.
Manifesta mikrofon iznini yalnızca sesli olumlama kaydederken ister. Kayıt, cihazındaki uygulama klasörüne ses dosyası olarak kaydedilir ve oradan çalınır. Hiçbir zaman yüklenmez ve bir sunucuda yazıya dökülmez. Mikrofon iznini vermezsen uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.
Tek tek dilek, ses notu veya check-in'i uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Hepsini birden kaldırmak için uygulamayı sil — bu, yerel veritabanını, ses dosyalarını ve saklanan ayarları telefonundan kaldırır.
Manifesta'da henüz tek dokunuşluk "her şeyi sil" düğmesi ya da uygulama içi dışa aktarma yok. Silmeden önce yazdıklarının bir kopyasını istiyorsan not al ya da ekran görüntüsü çek. Olmayan bir özelliği ima etmektense bunu açıkça yazmayı tercih ediyoruz.
RevenueCat'te tutulan anonim kayıtla ilgili bir hakkını kullanmak istersen bize yaz, işleme alalım.
Manifesta App Store'da 4+ derecelidir, çocuklara yönelik değildir ve Apple'ın Kids kategorisinde yer almaz. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamıyoruz; uygulama zaten hiç kimseden kişisel bilgi istemiyor.
Hakkında hangi verinin tutulduğunu öğrenme, kopyasını isteme, düzelttirme veya sildirme, işlenmesini kısıtlatma ya da işlenmesine itiraz etme ve bir denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma hakkın var — AB/AEA ve Birleşik Krallık'ta ulusal veri koruma otoritesi, Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu.
Pratikte bunların çoğu zaten senin elinde, çünkü veri telefonunda duruyor ve sana ait bir hesabımız yok. RevenueCat'te tutulan kısım için necatidogrul7@gmail.com adresine yaz; talebi biz yürütürüz. Genellikle 48 saat içinde yanıt veriyoruz.
RevenueCat, Inc. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri merkezlidir ve altyapısını orada işletir. Dolayısıyla 3.1'de anlatılan abonelik verisi AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve Türkiye dışına aktarılır. Aktarım, RevenueCat'in veri işleme sözleşmesi ve standart sözleşme maddeleri kapsamında gerçekleşir.
