Enter the powder in the vial, the bacteriostatic water you added and your target dose. Peptily divides powder by water to get the concentration, then divides your dose by that concentration to get the volume, then converts the volume to marks on a U-100 or U-40 syringe. Example: 10 mg powder plus 2 mL water is 5 mg/mL; a 0.25 mg dose is 0.05 mL, which is 5 units on a U-100 barrel.
Reconstituted peptides keep roughly 28 days refrigerated. A large vial at a small weekly dose often holds more doses than the solution will survive, so Peptily shows you whichever limit arrives first.
Check Settings → Notifications → Peptily is allowed, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering it. Peptily only sends reminders on dose days and vial warnings — nothing else.

Deleting the app removes everything; there is no server copy. Export a PDF first from Settings if you want to keep a record.
