By downloading or using TRT Log ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are managing a therapy protocol under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Do not use the App if you are under 18.
TRT Log is a personal record-keeping and organizational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription. It does not recommend, prescribe, supply, source, or sell any substance.
The App records what you choose to enter, performs arithmetic on values you supply, and produces summaries you may choose to share with your doctor. Every dose figure shown in the App is either something you recorded, or the result of a calculation from numbers you entered.
Always follow the protocol directed by your prescribing physician over anything shown in the App. Reminders are generated from the schedule you configure and may be delayed or missed for reasons outside our control, including device settings, notification permissions, low power mode, and operating system behaviour. Do not rely on the App as your only reminder.
The reconstitution/syringe-unit calculator performs a unit conversion on values you enter. It does not suggest a dose and has no knowledge of what dose is appropriate for you. Always verify any calculated figure with your prescriber or pharmacist before use.
Any estimated level curve shown in the App is a mathematical model based on published average half-life values. Absorption and clearance vary widely between individuals. The estimate is not a measurement, is not a prediction about your body, and must not be used to make treatment decisions. Only a blood test performed by a laboratory shows your actual levels.
Reference ranges shown next to laboratory values are general, informational, and may differ from the ranges used by your own laboratory. They are not an interpretation of your results.
TRT Log is free to download and includes functionality at no cost. TRT Log Pro unlocks additional features and can be purchased in the following ways. All purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's standard purchase and refund policies.
The exact title, length, and price of every option are shown inside the App before purchase. Prices vary by region and are displayed in your local currency.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription during it, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited. When a trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid renewal at the stated price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the App Store: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or use the "Manage Subscription" link in the App's settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
If a price changes, Apple notifies you and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price takes effect.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy — we can neither grant nor deny one ourselves. When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may request information from us in order to review it. If it does, we send a limited set of purchase data through Apple's own system: how long the account has existed, how much of the paid period has elapsed, and the purchase and refund history for this app. We never see or send your payment details. By using the App you consent to this sharing.
Your protocol, dose, laboratory, inventory, and wellbeing data is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. Health data read from Apple Health is used only inside the App on your device; it is never used for advertising and is never shared with third parties. You are responsible for backing up or exporting anything you do not want to lose if you delete the App, reset your device, or lose it.
Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and do not use it in a way that violates applicable law or the App Store Terms of Service. The App may not be used to source, advertise, or distribute any substance.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep reminders and calculations accurate, but we are not liable for missed reminders, data loss, calculation errors, health outcomes, or any decision made based on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the App evolves. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
