Maya, haftalık yemek menünü kuran ve o menünün market listesini çıkaran bir iPhone uygulamasıdır. Menüyü yapay zekâ üretir; katalogdaki 385 yemek ise önceden yazılmış tariflerdir.
Tarifler, porsiyon hesapları ve besin değeri tahminleri bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; tıbbi ya da beslenme tavsiyesi değildir. Alerjin, kronik bir rahatsızlığın veya özel bir diyetin varsa malzemeleri kendin doğrula ve gerekiyorsa hekimine danış. Yapay zekânın ürettiği bir tarif hatalı olabilir; pişirme sürelerini, saklama koşullarını ve çiğ malzemelerin güvenliğini kendi bilginle kontrol et.
Maya ücretsiz indirilir. Katalogdaki 385 yemeğin tamamı ve onlardan çıkardığın market listesi ücretsiz katmanda açıktır. Yapay zekâ ile menü üretimi ücretsiz katmanda sınırlıdır; sınır, yapay zekâ maliyetlerini karşılamak için vardır ve önceden bildirilerek değiştirilebilir. Güncel sınır uygulama içinde gösterilir.
Aboneliği istediğin an iptal edebilirsin. İptal, Apple hesabından yapılır — uygulama içinden aboneliği sonlandırmak teknik olarak mümkün değildir:

İadeleri Apple, kendi standart politikasına göre değerlendirir; iadeyi onaylamak ya da reddetmek bizim elimizde değildir. İade talebi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapılır.
Apple bir iade talebini değerlendirirken bizden bilgi isteyebilir. İstediğinde, Apple'ın kendi sistemi üzerinden sınırlı bir satın alma verisi iletiriz: hesabın ne kadar süredir var olduğu, ödenen dönemin ne kadarının geçtiği ve bu uygulamadaki satın alma/iade geçmişi. Ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmez ve iletmeyiz. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu paylaşıma onay vermiş olursun.
Cihaz değiştirdiğinde ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda, ödeme ekranındaki Geri Yükle düğmesiyle aboneliğini aynı Apple Kimliğiyle geri getirebilirsin.
Menün, market listen, favorilerin ve tercihlerin cihazında durur. Hangi verinin cihazdan çıktığı, hangi servislerin ne aldığı ve fotoğrafların saklanmadığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda ayrıntılı yazılıdır.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözme, kaynak koduna dönüştürme, kopyalama, yeniden satma veya kiralama; yapay zekâ uç noktalarına otomatik istek gönderme; kota sınırlarını aşmaya çalışma; yürürlükteki hukuka ya da App Store şartlarına aykırı biçimde kullanma. Bu kuralları ihlal eden kurulumlara erişimi sınırlandırabiliriz.
Uygulama, katalogdaki tarif metinleri ve fotoğraflar Maya'ya aittir. Sana, kişisel kullanımın için devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı verilir. Yapay zekânın senin girdinle ürettiği tarifler üzerinde bir hak iddia etmiyoruz; onları dilediğin gibi kullanabilirsin.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, yapay zekânın ürettiği her tarifin doğru ya da uygun olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayla ilgili herhangi bir talepteki toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde uygulamaya ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu şartlar değişirse yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir. Abonelik koşullarında esaslı bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde duyururuz.
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi de geçerlidir: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Maya is an iPhone app that builds your weekly meal plan and writes the shopping list for it. The plan is generated by AI; the 385 dishes in the catalogue are pre-written recipes.
Recipes, portion calculations and nutrition estimates are informational and are not medical or dietary advice. If you have an allergy, a medical condition or a specific diet, verify ingredients yourself and consult your doctor where needed. An AI-generated recipe can be wrong; check cooking times, storage conditions and the safety of raw ingredients with your own judgement.
Maya is free to download. All 385 dishes in the catalogue, and the shopping list you build from them, are open on the free tier. AI plan generation is limited on the free tier; the limit exists to cover AI costs and may change with notice. The current limit is shown inside the app.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation happens in your Apple account — an app cannot end a subscription on your behalf:
After cancelling, Pro stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy; we can neither grant nor deny one. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When Apple reviews a refund request it may ask us for information. If it does, we send a limited set of purchase data through Apple's own system: how long the account has existed, how much of the paid period has elapsed, and the purchase and refund history for this app. We never see or send your payment details. By using the app you consent to this sharing.
If you change device or reinstall the app, use Restore on the purchase screen to bring your subscription back with the same Apple ID.
Your plan, list, favourites and preferences stay on your device. What leaves the device, which services receive what, and why photos are not stored are all set out in the Privacy Policy.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell or rent the app; do not send automated requests to the AI endpoints; do not attempt to circumvent usage limits; do not use the app in breach of applicable law or the App Store terms. We may restrict access for installs that break these rules.
The app, the catalogue recipe texts and the photographs belong to Maya. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them. We claim no rights over recipes the AI generates from your input; use them as you like.
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, or that every AI-generated recipe will be correct or suitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
If these terms change, the date above changes. A material change to subscription conditions will also be announced inside the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
